About Role:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer Team Lead to guide our development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be both a strong hands-on Python developer and an inspiring leader who can mentor a team, manage projects, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Python developers. Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems. Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code (Django, Flask, or Fast API). Oversee code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Dev Ops). Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high code quality. Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and performance reviews. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API). Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database design (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB). Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Next.js, or Angular) is a plus. Strong understanding of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch). Knowledge of data engineering pipelines (Airflow, Spark). Experience in scaling applications for high traffic environments.
